Overview

The electrofusion 45° elbow changes the direction of a PE pipeline by 45 degrees while maintaining a welded PE connection. The embedded heating element enables controlled electrofusion welding after correct pipe scraping, cleaning, alignment and clamping.

Electrofusion Preparation

Cut the pipe square, scrape the oxidation layer over the full insertion area, clean the prepared surface, align and clamp the joint, then weld using the fitting barcode or specified welding data. Allow the fitting to cool fully before removing clamps or applying load.
