The HDPE electrofusion 90° elbow is designed to change the direction of a PE pipeline by 90 degrees. Embedded heating elements create a welded joint after correct pipe preparation and electrofusion processing, making the fitting suitable for pressure piping systems.

Electrofusion Preparation
Cut the pipe square, scrape the oxidation layer across the full insertion area, clean the prepared surface, align and clamp the joint, weld according to the fitting data, and allow the joint to cool before removing clamps or applying load.
