Overview
The electrofusion end cap is designed to close and seal the end of a PE pressure pipeline. The embedded heating element forms a permanent welded joint after correct pipe scraping, cleaning, alignment and electrofusion welding.

Applications & Installation
Typical Applications
Used for terminating PE pipelines in water supply networks, irrigation systems, industrial piping, water treatment installations and other pressure PE systems.
Electrofusion Preparation
Cut the pipe square, scrape the oxidation layer across the full insertion area, clean the prepared surface, fully insert and align the end cap, then weld using the fitting barcode or specified welding data. Allow full cooling before applying pressure or load.
